Anyone having trouble playing the "Identity Thief" Retail Blu-ray?

I have an up-to-date PS3. It's playing every other Blu-ray and DVD I put in it, but this disk won't play. The opening "Universal - a Comcast Company" logo starts, but then the it won't play anything else. The disk is mint. Took it right out of the package, brand new. Neither surface of the BRD was ever touched.

I'm suspecting a DRM issue of some type <grumble>...

Go into your video settings and adjust it to ask before it connects to the internet to update a BD Disc. As you load the disc, it will ask if you'll allow it to update. Say no. Should load from there. Apparently it's unable to locate the information it needs to update. Hope this works for you, thanks for posting. Helped us find a solution!
