I like, with a dash of love, my uComfy Shiatsu Foot Massager.

Their return policy does not allow you to exchange some items even if they are defective and unfortunately I received a dud.

To me, there is not enough padding, and it is like hard knobs are rubbing against the bones in my feet.

Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? )
Usually when I go to shoe store, I just take whatever they have in my size. This massager fits my feet, which is a big plus in my book. If you have a larger shoe size than 14M it probably won't work, but anything that size and under is great.

The massager works with air pressure, heat, and kneading. It feels great and is way better than the cheap foot massagers I've owned before that really just vibrate quickly.

One word of warning: start off on the lowest setting, use just once, then see how your feet feel. I used it on the highest setting three times the first day - feels great right after, but my feet were killing me the next day. Use the lowest setting to start then build up from there.

Highly Recommended.

This amazing little machine feels so good! Have you ever had an amazing pedicure with a foot massage that made you so relaxed and so saying ‘ohhhh and ahhhh’? Well, take that foot massage and times it by 1000!! AND it’s available anytime!! And just about anywhere! I swear there are tiny little (very strong!) hands inside massaging my feet.

The uComfy has heated air massage, kneads and vibrates the tops and bottoms of my feet. I swear it really feels like strong hands are inside this machine!!

There are FIVE levels of intensity, which you can change by pushing the + and – buttons labeled as vibration. When you change the vibration you change the intensity of the air pressure and tightness of your feet in the device. The Foot Massager comes preset to level 3 when the unit is switched on. This is not a cheap, flimsy vibrating massager. This awesome machine is a moving massager that warms your feet just enough to relax tired achy muscles, but not enough to make your feet sweat. uComfy uses the principle of foot reflexology to relieve tired, tight, aching feet. Leaving behind a very relaxed and renewed ME!! uComfy’s AcuPressure massage uses manipulation of pressure points in your feet to give you the best foot massage EVER!! E-V-E-R!!

Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? )

In this video review you're going to see a few pictures of the device and how it works, plus a short video of a massage session so you can see it in action.

In addition to the text-based comments in the video, I also want to point out what the device advertises, and what is actuality.

The instruction manual advertises the product as Shiatsu foot massager with heat. The four elements of the device are: heat, vibrating, kneading, air pressure.

Of these elements, I have only found that heat, kneading, and air pressure exist. Although there are two buttons labeled vibration, there is nothing in the use of the product that I would describe as vibration.

You'll find FIVE levels of intensity, which are changed by pushing the + and - buttons which are labeled as vibration. The "massage mode" button is mentioned but there is no instruction on what pushing that button actually does. Pushing it changes the colour of the button from purple to red, but unless you push the + or - there appears to be no change in the actual massage function.

Instead of changing the "vibration" as labeled, the + and - appear to change the intensity of the air pressure and tightness of your feet in the device. And while that is important, it's not technically "vibration" ...

So I am giving the product 3 stars. I enjoy the heated shiatsu very much, and it makes my feet feel great. But I am concerned that the buttons don't match the instructions which don't match the product specifications.

Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? )
First off one bit of advice, start low and work your way up. The UComfy Shiatsu Foot Massager is not the gentle massage when you get a pedicure, you are going to get a kneading pressure point stress relieving massage that you will feel from your soles to in between your toes.

Make sure your feet are correctly inserted deep into the openings because if they are not it can be more painful than pleasurable. Once you turn the massager on it is like the nobes take hold of your feet and there is no going back. The vibration is actually used for the pressure point system. The more vibration the more pressure and stronger hold you will feel. The heat option is quite useless because I felt no difference with the heat on or off.

I am pleasantly surprised how minimal the noise was. You just hear the motor running quietly and every once in a while air escaping (kind of like a jake brake on a truck). The unit runs at 15 minutes intervals. I have found myself leaning my head back and falling asleep because it is so soothing and relaxing after the first few minutes.

With different settings and detachable cloth, the machine is easy to customize and clean. It would of been nice if it came with a remote control.

Disclosure: I received this foot massager for purposes of an honest review. Opinions are 100% mine.

Each morning I awaken in my half-catatonic zombie state and proceed directly to the coffee maker. I make my first cup and trudge up the stairs to my home office and prepare for the first self-indulgent act of the day; a foot massage with my amazing uComfy Shiatsu Foot Massager with heat.

Ucomfy-Shiatsu-Foot-Massager
The uComfy Shiatsu Foot massager is close to magical.
Sipping coffee and pondering which task is of highest priority, I enjoy every moment of my blissful 15-minute foot massage. It’s like meditation–only better–because I don’t have to trick myself into a semi-enlightened state to feel good. As soon as I turn on the uComfy Shiatsu Foot Massager, heat is activated and a firm kneading action begins. Ahhhh, sheer exquisite luxury!

Sometimes I even use my uComfy Shiatsu Foot Massager in the evenings after a long day of work, the gym, cooking dinner and tending my normal duties. No whining to my husband– who’s also tired– for a foot massage; I have it covered with this awesome gadget. The uComfy Shiatsu Foot Massager has a default setting for 15 minutes, but you can reset it repeatedly until your feet have been adored to your satisfaction. If the device could open tough jar lids, clasp those annoying impossible clasps on necklaces, and take out the trash, I wouldn’t even need a husband.

Even though the machine is a little bulky, set up takes less than a moment, and is a great de-stressing option for the most wound up people. I’d recommend the fabulous Ucomfy Shiatsu Foot Massager to anyone who needs a little extra comfort for the feet which work so hard for them each day. It isn’t inexpensive, retailing at $249.
