I purchased these for work as I like to use a lot of colors to help keep me organized. The color options are nice, but the tip isn't as small as you would expect of something with 'fine' and 'needle' in their title.

As you can see in the video, the result is wide. The paper I was writing on was soft and thin, but even when I used a thicker paper the words came out heavy.

I'm ok with it. I just thought I'd show other potential buyers what you are in for with these pens. I would say they are very similar in width and thickness as the Sharpie fine point markers.

If you want a 'needle' tipped pack of color pens, I suggest - Sharpie Pen Fine Point Pen, Colored Pens (1742662). They come in packs of colors in 4, 6, or 12. That is an ultra fine product.

These pens are fantastic!! They have a very fine point and make for rather elegant writing. They probably will never dry out like standard ball point pens do sometimes. They write immediately, no need to scribble to get the ink flowing. With so many colors in the set to choose from, your mood can set your tone. The price was rather high, but I believe they are worth the price because they should last a long time. I can't recommend then highly enough!! They are a pleasure to use!!

I am not pleased with these. Even though these are advertised as 'needle fine point', the line they produce is thicker than uniball's 207 Retractable *Medium Point* Gel Pens. Of course they write smoothly as we have come to expect from uniball pens but the ink flows copiously. If you are looking for a pen to be able to write precisely and with a fine line, these are NOT for you.

These are soo much better than the pilot v7's i used to use. the Pilots would always bend eventually and these are much stronger and feel smoother. I love Uni-Ball PENS!

I love Uniball Vision roller ball pens, and I have used them for all kinds of writing functions both at home and office for many years.

Only after I purchased and used this type (Stick Needle Fine Point), I realized how different they are from Uniball Vision Micro Fine Point I have always enjoyed. As much as I can tell, the only difference between the two types is suppose to be the pointed head.

But the Stick Needle doesn't write as smoothly as the Micro on certain papers, and it also left a little bit more ink than Micro did. Maybe I am just spoiled by my other Uniball Vision pens and become too picky on this one?

I highly recommend people looking for a comfortable and quality roller ball ink pens to pass this model but try Uniball Micro Fine Point instead.

I use these pens at work to review reports for myself and my boss. I love the different colors. It helps my boss understand the reports better, and I like the pretty colors! The pens write well and I have not had any problems with them so far. I had another set that last me about 2 years before they ran out of ink and I do use them often.

I have a Spirograph and have had a hard time finding very thin tip pens for it. These do a great job and do not leave a ink blot.

I thought these pens made a finer line than they do. My mistake in thinking they were going to make micro lines like the Uniball micro pens I love.
