I use these pens to grade my student's papers. I prefer green to red because it is less common and harder for my students to "doctor" their grades on individual assignments.

Really love these pens because they have great colors (other than red) that contrast with black/white copy and write thinly enough to be legible to the hapless author.

This is my favorite pen! They write smoothly and the color is good. It's great that you can buy it online in a bigger package in green, because in staples they don't usually have this 12 pack in green.

As a teacher, I prefer using green to mark students' papers. As a journalism and history teacher, I grade lots of papers. Uni-ball Stick Micro Point Roller Ball Pens are excellent for marking with their fine points and last a long time. By purchasing them in packs of 12, I am guaranteed--and so are my students--that I will always have green!

It does not flow very well and .5 is not "micro" but just mini.

Note that it claims to have anti-forgery properties. If true, this is a big plus.

My personal favorite pen is the uni-ball signo 207 pen, and I was looking to buy something like that in bulk. Unfortunately, when I got these pens, I found that the ink flowed rather unevenly (sometimes the writing was thicker than others), and in general they don't write as comfortably as the other ones. They're still good because they're cheaper and easy to carry around, but for my part I'm still sticking with my original favorites.
