I am a application developer and heavily document everything I create. For me, it's a way of fleshing out my thoughts into something tangible, which allows me to make order out of the chaos that is thought.

There is no other pen that I'd rather do this with than the Vision Elite. Since I started using the Vision Elite I have never used any other pen. The smoothness of writing with this pen is astounding. As well, the superfine 0.5mm tip is wonderful for me, as I am a person who writes very small. I spend many hours every day writing and rarely does my hand hurt, due to the extremely low pressure required to write with this pen. The cramping that you get when writing with your typical cheap pen is a thing of the past with this beauty.

Don't let the price of these pens scare you. They are extremely durable and have a very large ink supply. For example, I've used the same pen with the same ink supply to write over 200 pages and the pen still writes like it's the first time I've used it. The shell of the pen is extremely sturdy and I've never had one break or fall apart.

I might sound like a spokesman for Uniball, but I simply feel so adament about this pen that I would have to recommend it to anybody who cares about having a quality writing tool.

I didn't know anyone else felt as passionately as I do about this pen. What can I say? I'm an artist who has been working with black pen on vellum, and the UVE is pretty much the only pen I use. I have used the regular uniball vision, but it doesn't come close to this. The black from the UVE is absoletely beautiful: a very black black. It goes on clean and smooth and dries pretty quickly. And the "micro" .5 mm tip is perfect because I do very tight detail work. I have tried several other disposable pens, and this is the one. Also, the pen won't leak on flights which is more useful than you may think. I've had cheaper pens ruin clothes and bags before--not this one. Don't let the price turn you off. Really, if the quality of your pen is important to you, it is worth every penny. I'm gonna get back to drawing.

These pens are great. The micro is crisp, draws a steady uniform line, and ends neatly. The closest thing to a rapidiograph that you get in a standard pen. Well worth the price. I buy them in bulk and they are the only pen I buy.

I took mine from someone's desk, and he or she won't see it again. Smooth and bold inkflow, and a comfortable grip. The champagne of disposable pens.

As a lawyer I have tried a lot of different pens. These Vision Elite Super Fine Tip (.5) are the best I have ever tried. They are waterproof and airplane safe and write like a dream. I usually try to buy the blue/black ink version so that I can tell if my signature is an original or a copy. Blue/black seems to be hard to find. I find them for $3.00 each at Walgreens, but I go through a lot of pens and prefer bulk purchases.

I love these pens and they came very quickly. Everyone else must love them also a/c they keep taking mine. :) Thanks!

This pen writes smoothly and is very comfortable. It has one major drawback, however. The ink doesn't last long. (After going through three pens it appears this isn't an anomaly.) They aren't designed to last long. One must replace the pens on a regular basis--unlike the Pilot "precise V5", which has similar ink and costs less.

It does write beautifully.

I've used these pens for years. I do lots of sketchbook drawings from direct observation. For me this pen supplies a dependable even line on a variety of paper. It is water-resistant enough. I carry one with me wherever I go and leave them around the house wherever I might need to write something down. That they don't leak in flight is very important (I once ruined a fine leather handbag from another brand of rollerball pen that emptied its ink from the change in altitude). Others have asked what pen I recommend for sketching. I never hesitate to recommend this one.

Before I started using this pen, I thought all pens were created equal. Now, I know this isn't so. The thought of using any other pen disgusts me. This pen is simply amazing (and well worth the price). A generous ink supply flows freely onto the page with almost no pressure at all, allowing the pen to glide smoothly across the page and never miss a spot. I have yet to use a better pen.

I have been impressed with all of the uni-ball pens I've used, but this one takes the cake.

I love these pens and have been using them for years. I LOVE beautiful pens, and have spent hundreds of dollars on some lovely Waterman, Namiki, and Lamy Fountain Pens to name a few, as well as some expensive high-end Rollerball pens. But I always come back to these, and buy them by the box. I love to use them for everything, especially journalling. The flow of the ink is so smooth and even, and it never skips or drags. They may not be very beautiful, but they are my favorite pens for every writing purpose. They make writing enjoyable, and make nice penmanship look even better.
