using the light in the morning I get up at 5:10 a.m .two days a week so i can go to spin cycle class at LifeTime Fitness. From there I go to work. I get to work anywhere from 8:15 to 8:45 I usually get home around 5-6p.m. How can I fit using this light into my schedule. If used this when I got to work, would it help? Or would everything be negated because I have alreaydy been up since 5:10 a.m.?

What are you trying to accomplish with the light? Is it for sleep or seasonal disorder?
