As far as I know there isn't any warranty but for the price I figured I had to chance it and if they didn't work when we first got them then I would send them back. I bought 3 of them and haven't had any problems so far. We have had them for just over a month now.

Check into Apple care usually has 1 yr from registration but not for damage

I bought this I Pod Touch for my daughter, so I didn't but the warranty....I have only bought my Kindle HD warranty which was great...sorry...u should be able to read the warranty for it I Pod Touch...just pull it up....I was able to read mine
