it using unreal would 360 be best or ps3 I'm talking about graphic wise I have both systems but want too preorder today is this game a port from pc? or was both console games made separated ?please help
If a game has on-line multiplayer I would say the 360 version is a no brainer, but with a game like this you can't go wrong getting the PS3 version. I also have both systems, well actually 3 360's and 2 PS3's, both have their pro's and con's but with a game like this...go with the PS3!!
I own both consoles and PC. Between the consoles, Unreal Engine games typically look and perform better on the 360. These days, PC is rarely the lead platform on multiplatform games so I am assuming the PC version will be a console port. Also for a platformer game like this, I think the consoles' gamepad would be the superior control method over keyboard/mouse (unless the PC version has gamepad support as well). So, short answer: I'm getting my copy for the 360.
@ Finley, Okay I just change my order too 360 version I have a question do u have any idea if the preview gamespot did on this games the xbox 360 version? I believe it is because during the video a message
displayed saying push LT which the xbox 360 only has the video preview was done by a female and looked cool
here's the video of Alice is this the 360 version I see pull LT 360 only has LT RT while the ps3 uses R2 l2 I just wanna be sure it is 360 she's previewing http://www.gamespot.com/ps3/action/alice-madness-returns/video/6307113?hd=1
Yeah, the on screen "LT" makes me believe it is the 360 version in the Gamespot preview. The only other possibility would be the PC version being played with a Xbox 360 wired controller, but I doubt it.

They started developing on the PS3 because the PS3 is difficult to program for because of its peculiar architecture. (Specialized processors). The Xbox360 is like a PC, it has generic processors. So it's easier to figure out how to do it on the PS3 then move it over to Xbox360 and PC compared to programming for generic processors and then trying to work the specialized processors to do the same thing. Ideally, they should end up pretty similar--Bayonetta is a great example of why some people switched from using Xbox360 as the lead platform. It has nothing to do with which one is "better" and everything to do with the differences in programming for the systems.
