A
The back has outlets for the power supply, cable//broadband hookup and ethernet/router RJ45 cable hookup. There is no USB outlet or hookup. Trust this info helps. It would be nice if they showed the back of the modem.

Simply has the cable connection, Ethernet and power. Nothing special. The front has muted blue indicator lights. Pretty. Don't laugh.

The one I got has the power, cable & the Internet connection only. If you have a phone line connection with Time Warner you'll have to call them and let them know.

It's very simple: power cord, ethernet connection, cable connection. That's it.
