5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding Love Story, May 7, 2004

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The author is an excellent storyteller with a good imagination to create this very interesting story. The plot moves quickly and is completely unpredictable. I was always anxious to pick the book back up again to see what would happen next.
The entire plot comes to a powerful conclusion on the very last page and leaves you breathless. This is an excellent book and would make an oscar-winning movie. Don't miss it !!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Read, July 29, 2004

I was lucky enough to find this book on your website. What a terrific find! I encourage everyone to purchase this book, find a comfortable spot, sit back and enjoy this book. Make sure you have plenty of time set aside because once you start it, you won't want to put it down. It has everything - a good plot, suspense, terrific characters, and a few surprises along the way that make it all the more enjoyable. The author is as good at portraying characters from the American colonial period as he is at developing modern characters. My otnly complaint is that the book is too short. I am hoping this author will have another book available soon. Take a chance on this one and you will enjoy it.
