4.0 out of 5 stars Mixed emotions... but what a GREAT book!, January 11, 2004

This review is from: The world's most fantastic freaks (Paperback)
I'm so disgusted (at first), delighted, angered, amazed and touched by these stories about the oddities of humankind... "Fantastic Freaks" is a great book, the stories are well-documented and well-written without sounding condenscending or disdainful, but also with a personal touch to boot. I bought this book almost eight years ago and still never get tired reading it (personal favorite is still the story of The Elephant Man).

If you want to reward your curious nature (like mine), this book will certainly do for you.

1.0 out of 5 stars Never Again, January 4, 2011
I will never order from this place again. I put in my order for a book way back on Dec. 3rd. Its been over a month later and I still haven't received my order. I sent multiple emails to the supplier but I never got a response. I finally had to file an A-Z claim and get my money back. I was eventually told that they "lost" my order. I will never recommend this book supplier to anyone.
