Someone bought this for my girls as a 1st Bday present along with 1 bag of 100 extra balls(intex brand) Well 125 balls is not really enough balls for this thing so we bought 2 more bags for a total of 325 balls and now we have plenty.

My girls have LOVED this thing from the moment my husband and I blew it up, which we did by mouth and it was a breeze. This isn't that big but I think it is a perfect size for ages 3 & under. It isn't too big that it takes up a ton of space but it's plenty big enough for my girls...sometimes they have their friend of the same age in there too & it's a little cramped but they have fun. It is also light enough that even when filled with balls I can pick the entire thing up and place it on top of their crib so I can vacuum under it.

I mentioned that I made some modifications to this, before I made the modifications I was hating this thing but now I love it. It has the rails along the front & 1 of the sides and they really serve no purpose what so ever other than to get in the way. My girls were constantly trying to get in or out over the rails and they would get stuck, it didn't seem very safe to me. So I got out the scissors and cut both the rails & the posts completely off(they all have seperate air chambers) Once I did that they were no longer getting stuck and can easily get in and out anyway that they please. Also, the 'doors' are just flaps of plastic that also get in the way & my girls were constantly pulling on them which pulls down the entire biggest side...I cut those right off too. This might not even be a problem for everyone, my best friends daughter has this same ball pit and she never had a problem w/ the rails or anything so hers are still in tact.

This is SO durable! My girls have had it for 7 months now & play in it everyday, it has no holes or anything. I think we've blown it up 1 additional time since the 1st time. My girls jump on the sides, sit on them & bounce, etc. Sometimes they'll just sit on the sides and play w/ a toy outside the ball pit too.

If you're wanting a ball pit for a bunch of kids to play with at a party, this is NOT the one. But this is perfect for my now 17 month old daughters, they LOVE it!!!!!!!!

The picture makes the product look bigger than it really is. Clearly 25 balls are just not enough. The railings have no point to it and also the doors have no point. My daughter loves it so I guess that is all that matters. What really irritated me was that as soon as I got the product I took it out of the package, inflated it and then a couple hours later the bottom part of it had a hole! Plastic doesn't seem durable but only time will tell. Even though the product says not intended for children under 3, it's basically for kids under 3. The pit area is small, enough room for my 10 month old daughter but if added a second child would be cramped. Wouldn't really reccommend because it's not worth the price.

This toy has some fun features and was a great idea, but it didn't last for a week in our house (admittedly because we have a cat who punctured it easily while trying to play with the balls). I'd go with a play tent instead, or even just a little inflatable pool filled up with balls.
