Book Description

September 15, 2005
ASSET PROFILE shows you how to obtain financial privacy and asset protection. It is the most comprehensive asset protection manual that clearly describes the strengths and weaknesses of domestic plans that involve U.S. corporations.

Anyone concerned with lawsuits, asset confiscation and divorce should read this book and put its principles into action.

The manual's purpose is to empower most people with the critical steps in protecting their financial future from those who are least deserving of hard-earned wealth.

"Asset Profile" clearly explains the specifics on how to structure a corporation from start to finish, and how to maintain the corporation, without leaving a trail for abusive creditors to follow.

It's possible and feasible for anyone to control a corporation within the United States and not leave any paper or digital trail of their name, address or social security number to the corporation.

Attorneys and accountants also have a great deal to gain from this book because it clearly explains the steps necessary to establish financial privacy for their clients. The Internal Revenue Code and the Nevada Revised Statutes also support the principles and strategies in the manual.

Editorial Reviews

From the Author

The manual provides the "meat-and-potatoes" of financial privacy and asset protection. Instead of talking about the subject, it describes exactly HOW financial privacy can be obtained and maintained for the professional, the business owner or the property owner.

"Asset Profile" explains what many other books have promised but failed to deliver.

From the Inside Flap

Asset Profile was written for people who seek to protect their assets from those who are least deserving. Wealth brings its own responsibilities, fears, headaches and troubles as well as benefits. One of these challenges involve the confiscation of wealth through taxation, lawsuits and divorce.

Isn’t it true that for every person who has something to lose there are many more that willing to take it without the investment of work, sweat and tears? Decrease your anxiety of what may happen to your financial future. Take control of your financial security and protect your assets from financial predators and abusive creditors. The suggestions in the Asset Profile manual can make financial privacy possible, even simple.

The strategies are written in dialogue form between a "fictional" mentor and his protégé. Reference material is included, providing a source to confirm the conclusions presented in the discussions. Please feel free to share this information with your attorney and your accountant without violating the copyright restrictions.

Is the mentor, Hans, really fictional? That’s for the reader to decide. It’s possible that the mentor insisted that his or her real identity be kept private. Therefore, the manual was written as "fiction" to prevent anyone from demanding the possible identity of the mentor.

There may be influential people that may not want for you to know of this information. They have a vested interest in your ignorance. As a result, Hans and his protégé agreed to limit the production of this manual. Hans explains, "If enough people would take advantage of these strategies, people of means and influence may place these tools out of the grasp of the common person through increasing costs and complicating legislation. I have my reasons in asking you that you don’t shout this information from the treetops and that you don’t make your notes available to everyone. I would greatly appreciate that you limit the number of copies to 10,000. Agreed?"

You’ll find that the "fictional" discussions between Hans and his protégé flow for the purpose of comprehension and clarity. The discussions are depicted in this manner to make it easier to follow and absorb the material. Don’t be surprised that a question has been asked and immediately answered. The objective was to reconstruct the dialogue and to increase the ease by which it can be examined.

It is my hope that this manual will challenge your assumptions, encourage you to re-examine your finances and facilitate your own plan to protect your assets.

4.0 out of 5 stars great book with two catches, November 5, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: yayayaya (Chinese Edition) (Ring-bound)
This book is very detailed but has two catches. First, this book covers asset protection using domestic entities and only nominally addresses the use of entities domiciled in foreign jurisdicitions. Second, I made the mistake of paying Amazon $95 for this book and found out only later that it is available for $40 at assetprofile.com

5.0 out of 5 stars Good info. Takes time to read it all., April 6, 2003
This review is from: yayayaya (Chinese Edition) (Ring-bound)
The book is an easy read but there's much more to know about this subject. There are issues about asset protection, or financial privacy, that I didn't consider until I read this manual. It's a heavy three ring binder. Tax and other laws support the claims. I would not recommend this for bedroom reading. But it's great if you really want to protect your [self] from a lawsuit or divorce. I gave it to my attorney and he wasn't disappointed either. It's a little different in its layout but easy to figure out. In comparison to other resources, this ranks high on my list.

5.0 out of 5 stars Practical Financial Protection at Last, February 17, 2003
This review is from: yayayaya (Chinese Edition) (Ring-bound)
At first, I had trouble stomaching the higher price.  Asset Profile is the most complete book I've read on how to use Nevada corporations for asset protection and financial privacy.  I was surprised (pleasantly)that the author went into such detail (i.e. how to file liens against your own property using the corporation, the tax code, nominee stockholders, nominee officer services, etc.)  The manual is practical and an easy read.  But don't expect to get through it in a weekend.  The volume of information is great, and it took me some time to really get through it.  I like how he supports his claims with the tax code and statutes that you can look up yourself, if you wanted to. But again, there's alot of information.  So if that's what you really want, get it.  If you're a lazy reader and the detail is not your "schtick", then get something else that's not so meaty.
