My son has a great sense of humor and has been drawn to this book for a while now. I can't put him off any longer. One review said it was vulgar. Other reviews make it seem right up his alley.
Is this book highly inappropriate for an 11 year old?

I wouldn't exactly say it's the most vulgar but at the same time I wouldn't recommend this for an 11 year old. I'd say to make your own judgement by going to the website this book is based from http://theoatmeal.com/.
