Why Do you Fools Buy Full Screen DVD's?

Yeah, see part of the movie as you watched a cropped picture formatted to fit your screen. Why not go back to VHS?. Incredible.

Know what really gets me? People with widescreen TVs, yet they continue to buy full-screen DVDs. It's like they spent all this money to get the best technology possible, then they go "well I want my full screen filled, right?"

i agree with you 100% i was one of them but that was before we bought WD TV, another problem is all the dvd bought before the HD TV came,the older dvd's are much grainer ,they are ok to watch on the tube. so the lesson is dont throw away your old picture tube tv if it is working in good condition.
