Not very satisfied with service...........,

I had ordered 2 items and one of the items was what i ordered which was the power outlet. The zCover that i had orders as shown in the advertisement online was not what i had received. I tried to contact them so that i can return the product but they just had replied to me once and did not follow-up inspite of the fact that i had send them several emails.
