I believe this product does at least half of what it claims to be able to accomplish for those with sleep troubles. I do fall asleep faster but on my worst nights it doesn't help me stay asleep. But it certainly helps me to stay relaxed and I do feel like I fall back to sleep faster than without it. I would recommend it for anyone with sleep trouble but don't expect a miracle.
