zumba workout 2 DVD set (beginners and Advanced)

While the Zumba workout is bouncy and high intensity dancing, It is quite challenging for beginning or restarting an exercise program. Probably also better suited to the 'younger' set unless you're really in shape to start with. On the other side of 65 and trying to regain some of the 'fitness' I lost over the years, it definitely proved a little more than my osteoarthritic out of shape joints and aging 'bod' could handle. Unless and untill I can build a little more stamina, Zumba remains in it's box!

It actually was not a set and there was no toning band. So not what was advertised. There was only one DVD - the Advanced! I was a little worried when the instructor started out in Spanish, but then his co-leader translated into English. Not too hard to follow - lots of fun - great exercise!

I was very disappointed because I did not receive what I requested. The order was for a 2 set DVD - beginners and advanced - and all I receive was the advanced.

I purchased these 2 DVDs, and when they arrived the boxes were broken due to poor USPS packaging. Once I tried to watch the DVDs they do not play in either my laptop or my DVD player. I suspect these items might be pirated.

learned some of the moves wish is showed more routines. My friends and I want to learn some of routines so when we go to our classes we will be up with the others.
