Setting up is super easy, takes 2 minutes with gloves (yes, it was very cold outside)
Filling the chamber with twigs and lighting them easy as well.
When placing a pot onto the top, just make sure you've pushed the cross beams in proper (we had a bit of a woobly pot the first few minutes until we realized the cross section was not inserted all the way) - if that is done, very sturdy (we had 4L of water in a 5L pot sitting on it)
Cook time - well, really depends on what you are feeding the burner, but we managed to boil 4L of water in about 15minutes with plenty of twigs in 0 degree weather :)
Cleaning the burner is super easy as well - just disassemble after it has cooled down - and easily fits back into it's case
I unfortunately did not have any pictures of it in action - my bad - will try to resubmit
Overall - amazing piece of true survival gear - easy to use and care for, lightweight and get's the job done
This will be in my Earthquake kit when I am not out backpacking or camping. . In fact I am going to buy a second one to leave in my car.
Cons: The first few times I took it apart after cooking a meal it was a little tight. Not a problem. Just used a piece of wood to pop the cross X pieces loose and the rest of the stove came apart simply No tools needed.
I feel 100% with the purchase. In fact I feel delighted to have finally found such a functional stove for backpacking, camping, survival, earthquake kit and any other time I might want to have a personal fire outside.
This weekend I intend to shoot a video of this excellent stove in action.
It's not rocket science, the stove is metal so it needs to cool down a few minutes after your fuel has burned out before dis-assembly.
Takes up no room at all when in pouch in my pack.
I recommend it to anyone who does not like to use gas type camp stoves.
Alcohol stoves, esbits, gas stoves, etc -- these are nice, ultralight stoves that work well if you're willing to invest in fuel and carry it with you. Good options if you know you won't find fuel and tinder in the field. Also potentially allowable during a burn ban. So there are advantages there.
However, I *much* prefer a wood stove. Holy smokes, this thing gets hot FAST. You can cook a meal in two or three minutes, boil water in four to six. You just pack the thing with wood and tinder and light it up.
It's pretty fuel-hungry. If you want to keep it going, you have to keep packing sticks in there. However, the way I use it, I tend to just pack it with sticks, light it up with a hexamine tablet, and by the time it's burned out its fuel I've done everything I need to do.
So far I've boiled several liters of water and cooked a half-dozen meals on it. No complaints. And boy, it packs SMALL. I now consider it essential kit for camping and bugout purposes, I'll never go into the bush without it.

I took this think to the cottage and tried it out. Quickly got a fire started using bark and twigs. The unit is very well ventilated helping combustion greatly, so much so that I found myself continually feeding it to keep the fire going. Soon enough, I saw myself running out of combustible material. The unit was sturdy enough to support a decent size kettle and bring the water to a boil quickly.
Once finished using the unit, I decided to wipe it down to eliminate the soot buildup inside before storing in its very adequate storing bag.
All in all, it does its job wonderfully. But I question the practicality of the unit. It is much more elegant than a fuel-canister burner, but requires extra care in cleaning and finding the material to keep it going. It packs down very small, but needs extra cooling time before packing back up.
I love this unit, but I will still use fuel-canister burners for those snowy or express treks.
