Phil has authored dozens of softcover and hard cover books, including editing Practical Mysticism co-authoring with best-selling authors Dr. Gay Hendricks (Book of Life and Already Home) and Margot Anand (Sexual Ecstasy Workbook: Path of SkyDancing Tantra) and posthumously collaborating with his Great Grandma Zelpha to publish the diary she wrote between 1935 and 1940 (Family Diary of Zelpha Morehouse-Johncock).
An innovator in online education, Phil designed the first grant writing class on the Internet in 1997 and the 30-Day Fast Track (http://GrantWritingFastTrack.com). He supports the creation and sustaining of virtual teaching-learning communities.
In 2010-2015, Phil has served as the Executive Director for the Alliance for Nevada Nonprofits saving almost $2 million and providing 21,105 hours of professional development to 6,762 nonprofit leaders.
In 2016, Phil coordinated the "last ever" 8-day Social Artistry Leadership Institute with the Jean Houston Foundation, generating over $162,000.
