Ronald Goulden (1950 - ) was born in China Lake, California to a Navy family that moved at the whims of the Navy. He spent his youth in Poway, California, his early teens in Noel, Missouri and then moved to the family home in Arkansas City, Kansas for High School. He served as a linguist in the Viet Nam war, where he learned to be a human.
Through his lifetime, he worked as a dishwasher, jet mechanic, teacher, bank executive, and data processing expert. Like many people, life got in the way of education and he finally completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Charter Oak State College in 2004. In 2005, he became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and in 2010, he completed his MBA.
He has lived in Wichita, KS, Carlsbad, NM, San Antonio, TX, and Memphis, TN among other smaller towns and cities.
Always a loner, he has few friends, though they are excellent friends, and is married to a wonderful wife. Over the course of his life, he has had many adventures and has written scores of short stories and novels. All of the short stories and novels are inter-related, tied together through subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) connections to create a universe that spans space and time. He challenges his readers to see how many links between stories can be identified.
So far, he has published three professional books on Project Management and Excel. The Excel books are a series of 'Build-a-Tool' modules that teaches Excel by working the reader through the step-by-step construction of complex tools and templates referenced and explained in greater detail by his Project Management books.
He plans to publish three to four novels and books per year for the next several years. http://www.rongoulden.com/Literary.htm
