Riding in a Jeep is great fun except for the interior noise that makes it difficult to engage in conversations or even enjoy vehicle audio systems. Now there is an easy solution. Boom Mat’s Jeep Wrangler Sound Deadening Head Liner provides a simple pre-shaped peel and stick kit that dresses up the interior of Jeep hard tops while minimizing annoying outside noise and vibrations while insulating from exterior weather conditions. Installed Boom Mat’s new Sound Deadening Head Liner has been tested to reduce noise levels from 3 to 4 decibels. This is a significant change in sound level that will improve overall interior acoustics so Jeep occupants can enjoy audio system and have conversations without excessive and irritating “noise” distractions. Boom Mat Sound Deadening HeadLiner is available in black for 4-door and 2-door Jeep Wranglers 2007 to 2010 hard tops and in black, gray and white for 4-door and 2-door Jeep Wranglers 2011 to 2016 hard tops.

I will update the review after I have installed it.
UPDATE: I have installed the headliner and so far I am impressed. It was a fairly simple install and it looks great, especially compared to the white plastic look of the original top. It does make the vehicle somewhat quieter, but better than that, the insulation factor is even more noticeable! Before installing this headliner the sun would beat down on the top and make the interior unbearably hot, even on 70 degree days. With the headliner installed I have noticed a major decrease in the interior temperature even on extremely hot 90 degree days. If for no other reason the headliner is worth the insulation value alone.
I have changed my review to 5 stars based on performance and looks. I still think it's a little on the expensive side but I'm glad I made the purchase.
Installation was a bit time consuming because of the dozens of little foam strips of different sizes to fill the corrugations in the roof. Once those were all sorted out it didn't take long to get everything installed.
difference with my audio as I also applied Dynamat and Dynapad all at
the same time. However, with all three in place, my Jeep sounds like a rolling studio.
I also can't tell if they hold in heat or cool any better, but I assume they do. They look nice though.
