Nice construction
4 out of 5 stars
Nice construction
It was easy to put together except there were 5 bolt heads that were too big for mini wrench (included) and the cap cover wouldn't fit on those. All the bolts are the same length, so they are too long on the tops underside to attach the top. If the would make 8 sized bolts for the top piece in the kit and check the machining of the bolt heads (threads were fine), you would have gotten a 5.We painted it white since it only came in black.

I looked at various gazebos for several weeks before settling on this one, and I'm glad I did. A few welds were loose when I unpacked it, so I just used Krazy Glue to fix them. The price was right, the assembly was fairly simple, and it's just sturdy enough to support 3 or 4 morning glory vines on each of the four sides (12 total). Just a few months into my first season with this gazebo, the trellis and canopy are covered with beautiful morning glory flowers every day. The gazebo adds a classy, old-world touch to my garden and I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Assembly is pretty easy and common sense should guide you. Having two people is helpful. Ours arrived with one frame damaged - a bar had come loose from the soldering. We went ahead anyway and thought we were in the clear, but a big storm took it out because of the weakened spot. The frame bent at that point, and there was no salvaging it. Contacted the seller and provided photos - they took care of it immediately with a replacement. Now we have a beautiful gazebo our birds love. We secured two 6 foot double shepherd's hooks to it at opposite sides using black zip ties, which makes it extra solid and secure. We hang bird feeders on the shepherd's hooks, and it creates a lovely spot for the birds to perch. A really lovely addition to the backyard. I'd take the chance for the price - with reliable customer service you've got nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

Its pretty unique its not the strongest but I taped the joins with black insulation tape and it has stayed put and flippin fat pigeons land on it as well (& still in one piece) for the money it does the trick 9.5/10. This says it was reviewed from the States but actually I am in the capital - Wellington City - New Zealand. Wgtn has a reputation for its wind and we just had the biggest downpour in 100 years (apparently) and it is still standing no problem for one year now! Its very unique for around here. I have fairy lights draped on the top in such a way twisting it around the top joints so it strengthens its assembly. Yeah its not the strongest steel but its price reflects that and you have to be pretty um, dumb I guess?, not to be able to rectify its slight weakness somehow. I love it very much, dont be put off by bad reviews. I can vouch for it anyway. Thank you.

My garden arch arrived on time, which is great. I began to unpackaged my item to find it had very poor quality welds some of which were broken, also some of the poles were slightly bent which made it very difficult to assemble. I ended up having to get someone to repair the broken welds. Other than the above listed issues it is beautiful. I do believe the product would be better if it had some type of wider based feet on the bottom to give it more stability. Hopefully I will be accommodated for my troubles with this product. I have rated it 3 starts due to the damage to the welds and bent poles. Thanks.

I'm happy with the quality and beauty of this piece. We have a large, vintage Quan Yin statue in our yard, and I got this to go around it to form a meditation garden. We will use plants growing up to the top to shade the statue so that it won't be harmed by our hot summers. It looks very nice., it's functional, and the price was right.
