I’m not one to normally write reviews, but for this product I’m going out of my way to do so. I’ve bought 2 sets of these lights in 4’ single row model and have had them for a couple years. They get beat up and thrown around as we use them to travel across the country showing cattle and have yet to let me down. I then purchased a set of 2’ in a 12V configuration and used them in my livestock trailer. Those haven’t let me down yet either. I just did some electrical work in my toy shop at home, and after the experiences I’ve had I decided to go with the double row 8’ lights as my lighting option. These things are INCREDIBLE. I have 10 of them in my 30x40 shop and it’s more than enough light to do about anything a guy could want to do. I will be the first to admit they feel kind of cheaply made. The connectors aren’t the best and the mounting hardware (mostly the screws that come with them) are junk. However, I promise you WILL NOT find a better set of lights for the money. If you’re even thinking about buying these, you should have ordered them yesterday. Once you hang them up, the only problem you’re gonna have is that you didn’t buy more!

Bright, quality lights at a great value

These 8 foot led lights are very bright. I hung them around 10 1/2 foot high in my shop. Chain and zip ties worked fine to hang them. Very light weight. I used 2 rows of 3 in my main work area and individual fixtures to replace florescent tube fixtures. These seem to be a good quality light and were well packaged. Plenty of hardware and wiring opinions are included. Great value!

Very Bright & (sort of) Easy To Install

After a lot of research, I ordered 20 of these lights for my brother's pole barn that we put up last year. The amount of light that these units put out is fantastic! To mount these to the joists only requires 2 clips and 2 screws. The 2 screws is where we had an issue. They are phillips head screws, but they are extremely shallow and very short. My brother finally took a separate drill motor with a drill bit in it up onto his ladder in order to pre-drill a small hole before switching to another drill motor with the phillips bit in it. These tiny screws are a royal pain in the butt, just because this company went cheap and only provide short, shallow wimpy screws. Yes, they work, but it takes twice as long to install the lights because of constantly dropping or mis-angling the screws as you try to attach the clips to the joists. Don't get me wrong, the lights are fantastic, but fighting the cheap screws made this more of a project than it should have been.

All my lights worked and non of them were damaged. It came in a heavy duty box. Installation was easy but the clips didn't work like I think they should've. You can't just snap them in. You have to push one end of the clip over to pop in the other side. Sometimes they would bend too much and I would have to bend it back. One stick of the lights wouldn't light all the time. They alignment was slightly off. Like 1/4". After I adjusted it they light fine now. I like the color a lot! Makes all my other fluorescent lights look yellow. But I am very happy with them. I installed 9 of them on the ceiling of my 3 car garage. One I installed under my cabinets. I just had to put a strip of wood in front of it to keep it out of my eyes. Very happy so far with my purchase.
