About The Author:
Like for many of you, Sergey’s life was defined by working long hours and eating whatever unhealthy delivery he could find late into the night. With each meal, his waist expanded, his sleep worsened, and he felt a growing sense of dread about his health. Eventually, this scenario became something he would not accept. Extreme stress and lack of self-care brought him to the doctor. He drew a very pessimistic picture of Sergey’s future: premature death or medicine every day for the rest of his life. This bleak future was not something Sergey would accept, so instead, he set out on a quest to learn everything he could about health, beginning with the very food we eat, and carrying through to exercise, mental health, and much, much more What happened? He managed to find a way to gain back control of his health without pricey pills, surgeries, or treatments. Sergey’s life changed dramatically: his health was back, he lost weight, and, as a side effect, he became more productive than ever before. Now he plans to live happily and healthily until he is 120 years old…and you can too!

What I love about Sergey Young's book is that it's not about dieting, but rather about how to live a healthier, fuller life. Moreover, he provides direct, easy to understand, actionable advice that I was able to immediately implement. The book even offers easy to print charts - two are already on my fridge!
As I get older, I think more about leading a healthy fulfilling lifestyle without giving up life's joys. This books opened my eyes on what to do and what not to do and also how to communicate with my family about it.
Michael Pollan famously said "Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants." This books takes that brilliant advice and expands it to make it easy for a normal person to know how to do this best. From what to eat to when to eat to how to shop.
Highly recommend without reservations. You will read it quickly and then reference often.
Sergey Young collected the latest scientific facts and ideas about healthy eating from many sources and put it together so we can use them in a powerful way!
The book itself is only 100 pages long, but contains tons of useful information - all provided in succinct, fun and simple to read way, which I like
And finally, as the book's title promises, it's recommendations are so easy to understand and to follow.
I definitely recommend it to everyone who is interested in health and longevity and seeks honest, straightforward and actionable advice on how to improve their quality of life throughout diet choices!
Top reviews from other countries
The book contains, as far as I can tell, no new information, no original insights, and is not even entertaining. It simply restates some of the most obvious points about nutrition without ever really offering any unique perspective whatsoever. It is padded out by using large illustrations and devoting whole pages to obvious and uninspiring quotes from the text (at least in my kindle edition).
This is the sort of stuff you can get in PDF form for signing up to longevity or health websites. If that were the case, I would have been satisfied. As a book, though, it is simply unworthy of publication.
Totally recommend this book to everyone who wants to have a healthy lifestyle.
