Rather than prescribe to you the exact approach to looking younger, the author discusses 21 different techniques. She encourages you to try one of these techniques each day over the course of a week, and then use three for several weeks thereafter. Everyone is different, so taking a path of self-discovery rather than being told what to do allows you to experiment to see which works best for you. I'm sure genetics has a part to play in how you look, however when you take good care of yourself, this can only enhance how you look even further.
I liked how each of her techniques had a quick summary at the end to help reinforce what she was conveying. The authors casual, yet informative writing style helped me digest her techniques with ease. If you feel you're ready to tackle aging head on, then this very practical book will get you thinking, and give you some fresh ideas on how to revitalize your looks.
This is easy to both read and follow. The author is not selling any products but is showing us how to naturally move to improved health and youthful vibrancy by following her steps.
My lemon drench will start tomorrow. Gosh, my grandmother did this now that I think about it and she lived to be 100 and was healthy her whole life!

I liked the engaging writing style of the author and her emphasis on simple, natural ways to improve our lives. It's a big basket of ideas and the intention is that you try each one and stick with what works for you. Certainly, some of the ideas spoke to me more than others - but that's the point. Individual taste will play its part and the reader will end up with several positive new habits that suit them personally. I'm keen on living frugally and not using resources frivolously and this book was clear that no hefty financial investment would be required. Many of the suggestions required no spending at all and could easily be completed with regular household items. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to take better care of themselves without spending a lot of time and money in the process.
I experimented with some of the techniques while I was reading the book, which were really fun and made me laugh out loud. I also felt like I’d just given myself a really enjoyable self-pampering session. The giveaways throughout the book are awesome to help you incorporate the techniques into your life on a regular basis.

There were a few tips I'd heard before, but not quite in the same way, so I felt more informed. The author has a very no nonsense, easy way of presenting the information. She recommends 30 minutes a day and that seemed about right to me after I got more organized as I went along.
