Made risotto with this brand within 3 days of making the same recipe from a brand costing twice as much. Both were amazing - - flawlessly delicious with great texture and flavor. So, the obvious question is "why pay more"? This brand will be my "go to" arborio rice from here on.

This was perfect for my rice pudding recipe, everyone loved it! Also going to make some risotto with it hopefully sometime soon. Vacuum packed seal kept it fresh and accurate weight that it claims, so you’re getting what you pay for. Bought this after I couldn’t find Arborio rice in BJs. Affordable price compared to some other variations I had seen on Amazon when I was shopping. Overall I was very pleased and would buy again and I recommend to others.

It’s Arborio rice. If you’re not familiar with it, you’ve been making risotto wrong all your life. It’s creamy, thick, chewy and smells divine. The shipping was fast, rice cooked just as expected, tasted great and I’ve already used it all up - we like risotto a lot at our house.

If you like Risotto this is the Arborio rice for to use, it’sa great value compared to buying this kind of rice at your local grocery store plus Amazon deliveries it to your door and you don’t have to go out and worry about wearing a hot and glasses fogging mask if you’re a glasses wearer like myself!
Nuff said this rice makes the creamiest Risotto hands down! I get tons of compliments on my Risotto!
