I would have given this book a NEGATIVE feedback rating ... but the lowest you can give is 1 star ... and that is TOO high of a recommendation for this book, it does NOT even deserve the one star.
All this book is is pages of photos of an out of shape older man (who must think he looks great), which would be ok - not everyone looks perfect - BUT there is no description of what he is doing, why he is doing it, how to perform the exercise correctly and or what muscles he is supposed to be working. It is just a glorified photo album of a man doing some exercises.
I do NOT recommend this book for anyone - it is a TOTAL waste of money, even if it was free, because then it would just be a waste of your time. I instead recommend The Resistance Band Workout by Milligan James (currently one sale at Amazon for $11.01).
PLEASE ... (to the author & publisher) .... DON'T bother with a Volume 2!!!
There is about one sentence of commentary on each exercise. (A typical example reads, exactly as in the book, "This is a sit back, we hold the tube to our chin, while leaning down, then the we pull our body up straight. .") In some cases the commentary, such as it is, is difficult to read because it has been typed over the photograph.
The exercises are not rated by difficulty. All we are instructed is, "Do all exercises 6 to 7 times. 3 to 4 sets." There is no table of contents... there are not even page numbers! This is like a set of crummy handouts, not a real book. If the attention to detail in the development of the exercises is equal to the production quality of the book, I'm afraid to try any of the exercises.
