This is a beautiful and entertaining book that highlights the many ways you can experience Disney magic. I was impressed with the list, which includes many of the experiences that I felt were under-appreciated or kept in secret.
There's no way I'll ever do all of these, and some are just unrealistic for me . . . but I am happy to visit them in words and the quality photography of National Geographic.
This is clearly written by somebody who enjoys Disney travel as much as any fan, regardless of who might be employing her!

It is a beautiful book. But let's get real, it is more like 100 things to do than 100 Adventures of a Lifetime. Stunning photos and the size is perfect. I have too many coffee table books that look good sitting on a coffee table but really awkward to read. I had some concerns about accuracy when page 15 captions a photo of a railway in front of the Matterhorn as a monorail in Germany! Though I'm not quite finished I haven't found other glaring errors. I do find the spelling of Hawaii kinda strange though accurate.
I did think the book would reveal little know things and places about Disney, and while there are many most are what we are already familiar with. But it is a reminder of how much is special about Disney.

MY BIG COMPLAINT is that the text is in gray! I don't want my text to be artsy. I don't want to hold the book at the right angle with lighting problems and eye fatigue.

Book is amazing and a great value IMO. Such a beautiful dust jacket and cover but mine came damaged due to poor packing. They just tossed this and another Disney book in an oversized box with NO PADDING. It's a wonder my corners weren't more dented. The jacket has scratches also. On a positive note; I won't feel bad now for leaving this book out for guests to touch....

The previous book by the same author, "A walk in the park with Walt Disney" was a great joy, with lots of anecdotes and some great pictures. So I was eager to see what will be the result when she teams up with the amazing fotographic skills of the brand National Geographic.
Well, it's a handsome, heavy book, good printed, and thick. But the content is the same as an advertising flyer. Nice but mostly not overwhelming photos, very superficial text, and it's annoying to read the repeated hints that I should instantly book this or that for my next holiday.
