Love all the nutrition ideas, some of the other things are okay like walking from the last parking spot instead of parking close, but personally I would just spend more time doing HIIT, or running rather than walking thru the parking lot, but the average Joe might like that trick, I can't just assume this book is just for athletes, but it is great for them as well as the average Joe...
