Low fan setting is quiet enough to sleep to. The low light setting could probably be taken down a notch but this is super minor. The timer is a great feature to preserve battery life when using at night or when placed in a hard to reach location for shorter people lol!
The fan's battery will charge from small battery pack but the fan itself will not charge your sampsung phone, even with the official USB-C to USB-C cable that comes with your phone.

Very good product
I haven't had to charge the battery yet, so I don't know how long a full charge takes. It arrived almost fully charged and I have used it for about 3-4 hours so far as a reading light in bed. I have had both the fan and light on at their lowest setting. The bendable legs grab onto my bed frame easily and they grip very well. The legs allow for innumerable configurations and are simple to bend into whatever is required to secure the fan. The fan/light also swivel 360⁰ for optimal positioning. I think this will be wonderful for camping also. Fan is very quiet and powerful. It's not the lightest, but still it's very portable.

One of the screws that holds the tripod to the fan was loose in the box. I was able to screw it back on so the fan is useable.
The fan is also bright orange. There’s no color options when purchasing, and all of the reviews/product photos show black fans. Doesn’t change the functionality, but I bought it for tailgating and our rival’s color is orange. Better than no fan I guess.
As far as I can tell, the fan itself works and puts out a lot of airflow. The tripod feels very sturdy, but that means the legs are difficult to move. With a loose screw, I’m worried that moving the tripod legs at all will cause it to fall out again. Not worth the sale price of $27.99 and definitely not worth the full price.
