Keep in mind that this is not a ratings guide like Jim Murray's Whisky Bible 2012 although it does have some basic tasting notes. You will also not find prices either (but it does have a link to the distillery's website for each whisky). So you may become excited about a particular whisky only to find that it is out of your price range.
If you are new to whisky, then I suggest reading some random pages. You will learn a lot. If you like to have whisky tastings, buy this book and place it next to the bottles. Because talking about whisky is half the fun of drinking them!
I would add the index of the countries mentioned, so that I would not have to browse the pages to run into the name of a country I am going to visit. Probably, I will have to index it myself.
