Number 1 Amazon BEST SELLER over the last 74 weeks!
I took home more in a year than the CEOs of McDonalds, IKEA, Ford, Motorola, and Yahoo….combined….as a kid in my twenties….using the $100M Offer method. It works. And it will work for you.
Not that long ago though, my business had gotten so bad that I literally couldn’t even give my services away for free. At the end of each month, I would look at my bank account hoping to see progress (but there wasn’t). I knew something had to change...but what?
Over the next 48 months, I went from losing money to making $36 for every $1 spent. In that time period, we generated over $120,000,000 across four different industries: service, e-commerce, software, and brick & mortar.
But, unlike everyone else, we didn’t have great funnels, great ads, or a wealthy niche. In fact, we didn’t even send emails until we had crossed $50M in sales(!). Instead, we were able to do this one thing really well….we created offers so good, people felt stupid saying no.
Here’s exactly what this book will show you how to do:
- How To Charge a Lot More Than You Currently Are…
a- The Tiny Market Big Money Process we use to laser focus on niche markets overflowing with cash
b- The “Unfair” Pricing formula….how we 100x’d our pricing (and got more people to say yes….for real)
c- The Value Flip...so you never get price compared again (that’s a promise)
d- The Virtuous Cycle of Price...use it to outspend your competition (for good) while using your product to attract the best talent 2.
- How To Make Your Product So Good, Prospects Find A Way To Pay For It
a- The Unbeatable Value Equation….to make what you sell worth more than your prospects have ever received
b- The Delivery Cube….to make delivering your products and services cost less but provide more
c- The Trim & Stack Hack….to maximize profit using the absolute best delivery methods. (This has never been shared publicly and was how we made $17M in profit on $28M in revenue in a year when I was 28 years old) 3.
- How To Enhance Your Offer So Much, Prospects Buy Without Hesitating
a- The Scarcity Stack….how to use the three different types of scarcity in every offer you make (without lying) to get people to buy the moment you ask
b- The “Everyday” Urgency Blueprint... to get prospects to buy RIGHT NOW, using everyday life to create real, ethical time pressure
c- Unbeatable Bonuses...and watch your prospects' hesitations melt away as they begin reading their credit cards to you before you even finish!
d- God-mode Guarantees...so good they make anyone say yes (even people who would never normally consider buying). I’ll show you how to stack and layer all 4 types of guarantees together. I even give you my 13 favorite guarantees word-for-word to swipe for yourself.
e- Magic Naming Formula to get the absolute highest response rates and conversion rates from everything you do to get new clients and so much more…
The methods contained within this book are so simple, so instantaneous, and so effective, it’s as if they work by magic. If you implement even one tactic in this book, you’ll see the change in your prospects' demeanor. And you’ll know the $100M Offer method worked when you start hearing “What do I need to do to move forward?” ...before you even ask for the sale.
If you want to get more prospects to reply to your ads for less advertising dollars and get them to say YES to breathtaking prices...then ADD TO CART, use its contents, and see for yourself.

--- Forbes 2022
"My career can be broken into two chapters: the first was 15 years of banging my head against the wall trying to figure out why I was not fulfilling my potential. The second chapter started when I read '$100M Offers' by Alex Hormozi. It was then that I had the confidence to know exactly how to have the success that I knew I was capable of enjoying. If you are a business owner that is done settling for less than your potential, this book will quickly show you that it's not your fault; no one has taught you how to make irresistible offers. This book will change that within a few chapters. Consider this book your second chapter. It is an absolute game changer."

"We first found out about Alex and instantly bought his book. It's the best book I've ever read really in business. Probably the biggest thing I learned from him is that so many times in business you want to charge your customers more and you almost feel guilty like 'oh my gosh can I really do this?' but I think there's nobody better that really puts packages and prices together that not only you can increase your price for your business but you're also increasing the value for the customer at the exact same time. Since we started working with him...within two months...our business was already doing $10M/yr in sales...INSTANT DOUBLE and it's only been two months since we came in touch with him and our business is on a run rate to do $23M/yr in sales now. Just from changing our pricing, our packaging, and at the same time delivering better results and outcomes for the clients that we work with."

About the author

Alex Hormozi is an American entrepreneur. He started as a management consultant in the public sector then left that career to pursue a career in fitness starting his first gym at age 23. He scaled his small gym chain from 0 to 6 locations in three years. Over the next two years, he and his wife started flying around the country turning gyms around.
Their large success, however, came from packaging and licensing his boutique gym model to 5000+ gyms around the world. They then started a supplement and software company to support that base of gyms. They sold a 66% stake in the company in 2021 at $46.2M to American Pacific Group. They then started Acquisition.com as a holding company for their private investments. The private equity firm focuses on making minority investments into cash flow positive growing founder owned businesses. They then scale those businesses. As of 2023, their portfolio of 16 companies generates $200,000,000 per year and growing.
The couple now has shifted their mission to making real business education available to everyone. They fulfill on this by making content across social media and publishing books and free courses for entrepreneurs.
Alex’s most recent book $100M Offers: How to make offers so good people feel stupid saying no, has sold 300,000 copies from word of mouth alone. In their spare time, Alex and his wife still enjoy training at hardcore gyms and fending off death one workout at a time.

What Hormozi does exceptionally well is provide precise, tangible tools and frameworks that can immediately be applied to a broad range of business contexts. While he made his name in fitness, he has applied these frameworks effectively to grow service businesses (consultancies), consumer products, and software businesses. As I've been going through, I've been testing how these might apply both to organizations that I am a part of as a member of the leadership and organizations I consult to as a strategic / technical advisor...and I'm finding direct applications.
The most bang for buck in my book are the two driving frameworks he provides:
1. How do define and value your market
2. How to define the value you provide for that market
Downstream of those two frameworks is everything important for a business owner - understanding how to bring people to your doorstep, how to make them excited to purchase products or services from you, and how to ensure that they are so happy with those products or services that they become an advocate and evangelist for what you do.
He has earned my trust by applying one of his own guiding concepts directly within the book - if you can characterize and describe a prospect's problem more effectively than anybody else in the market, they will trust that you can also provide a better solution than anybody else in the market. While the book is applicable to multiple narrow niches, it has applicability to not just the wantreprenur but the STRUGGLING entrepreneur - the entrepreneur who has started one or more businesses but never gotten past the point of being a slave to their business. Alex illustrates exactly why and how this happens (it comes down to the predictable, nigh-unavoidable consequences of trying to compete purely on price and performance without differentiation or an exceptional edge), and provides a specific and immediately actionable solution.
The value in Hormozi's work will come when I apply these to the businesses I work with, but that application will begin immediately, and I am excited to do so. Frankly, he has provided a more tangible and useful framework for getting a business to the $10MM threshold than anything else I've read, and FAR more useful information than everything I learned in my MBA program put together.
So if you are:
- reticent to be a marketer
- somebody who struggles with generating leads / clients for their business, but is able to deliver when given the opportunity to do so
- somebody who hasn't launched their business because they don't know how they will get people interested, or get people to care
- somebody who hasn't launched their business because they think they need to solve every problem before they get going
then this is likely one of the most immediately actionable and valuable books you can read on the topic, and one I would soundly recommend over any of them.
As a final plus: Alex talks through many of these concepts in detail on Acquisition.com, in a series of courses; while the material is largely redundant (unsurprisingly so), the multiple delivery methods improve retention dramatically.
I will be eagerly looking forward to the next books in his series, and will be immediately purchasing them when they become available. Until that time comes, I'm looking forward to applying these principles across a few different businesses, and feel as confident as I have in a while - albeit with some anxiety, but I would be arrogant or foolish if I did not have that! - that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and operating independent of a large corporation does not mean merely being a slave of a different sort.
Excellent work, Alex, you are an inspiration of the sort rarely encountered in the business world.
The first part is on what makes a good offer and what makes something valuable. It goes over some foundational stuff that you do before building your product or service like figuring out who your ideal customer is, which specific niches to go into, the elements that go into calculating value ((dream outcome + likelihood of achievement) / (time delay + effort & sacrifice)), etc. You could actually do this stuff after building your product or service, but it's much easier to build an offer having an idea these things. It's getting all the ingredients together to make a cake.
The second part is building that offer. This is the meat and potatoes. It's basically figuring out what problems your customer will have, coming up with solutions to all of those problems, and figuring out which ones would give you the highest ROI when implemented. This is the part where you actually build the offer. This is part is the most helpful for someone still just building their business in its preliminary stages. It's not just helpful for putting together your offer; it's really a guide on how to structure your business itself as what you offer is really the core of the business. It's mixing the ingredients and baking them.
The third part is maximizing that offer by splitting it up into components, giving it the right name, etc. The icing on top essentially.
The book also gives you links to the author's website where the go through the chapters in video format and give you free worksheets. The videos are helpful because you retain the information better by learning it through two mediums. They also clarify some things. There was this one specific graph on page 49 that was much clearer when presented in video than in text.
I wouldn't call it a con necessarily, but the only critique I have of the books is that the formatting of the text and quality of printing makes it feel a bit cheap. I'm not saying it's flimsy, not by any means. It's sturdy and the quality does not distract from the information being presented. But it very clearly feels like a budget operation, which makes sense considering the author has stated in multiple interviews that the book isn't to make money, the book is to help people make money so that if their businesses grow big enough they can become his clients. That's the only critique I have of the book and I hardly ever thought twice about it, I just figured it should be mentioned in a thorough review.
Full Disclosure: There is a part of the book where the author asks you to leave a review and that's why I am leaving this review.

Alles normal. Aber was?
