Know What your Doing and How to Deal With these Crowns

Your going to end up writing a bad review and be terribly unhappy if you executing a pristine tooth that pops in and looks like you spent several hundreds of dollars on a crown if you do not know what you are doing. You are going to need more then the temporary crowns and bit of fixadent to make this work. They do have rough plastic tabs on some of the crowns and you will need to snip these off and use a dremel like tool to grind down and make the tooth smooth. You will need to fit the tooth to the ones you need to cap and may have to hollow some out a bit if the tooth you have left is too large for the one that would enviously fit the space. You may need some thermal beads to fill in the hollow of crowns that have too much space in then as a hollow tooth that is not filled, either with the tooth part you have left or with thermal beading material. Once you have the tooth fitted in place then use a waterproof super glue to glue the crown in place so that you are able to eat and drink without the crown coming loose. These temporary crowns work well to replace tooth that is broken and part is left or was a prepared tooth and you lost a crown. If you are looking to replace a completely missing tooth there are other products better for this as you need a kit that will build a bit of gum-line that will fit in the area and stable the tooth. Its a great product and works well and looks great and gives a professional result and is used by dentist offices to make temporary crowns but if you don't know what your doing or do not have the tools to work with or watched some videos your going to be very disappointed as this is not meant to pop out of the box and into your mouth and look perfect unless you know how to work with a temporary crown.

With the molding plastic that Amazon suggest to use. I was able to make my own tooth parcel. Granted it's not100% but I'm definitely happy my results. Now I don't have to walk around missing my front teeth. I can even eat with this in. I will be getting my real parcel from the dentist in a month but this will work till then.

After reading all the differing reviews on this product I still decided to try these and I'm so glad that I did. With the cost to have a front crown replaced being upwards of $1,500.00 I figured for under $10.00, which is less than it would cost me for gas to go to the dentist once (it would take at least 2 visits to have the tooth completed) I would at least try these for at least a temporary fix. If course these aren't a perfect fit, they have to be adjusted with either a Dremel like tool just like a dentist does or an Emory board just like you use for your fingernails (be sure you use new ones for sanitary reasons) once I got them filed to shape I used the 7 sided fingernail shaper/polisher board to polish these and make them "slick" just like a real porcelain tooth where you've had to file the tooth. I do wish they had different shades as these are a little light in color which can't be changed like A1, A2, A3 but this product is a lifesaver.

I think you have to mess with these a little..im in the bad stage of waiting for my front tooth implant to heal before i get a crown. I'm trying to find something safe and will fill that empty spot...my advice..buy the white package of "Morph" it larger silicone beads that are white until you leave them in hot water...they turn clear...mold and shape into a tooth-like form and when it cools ..it is very white..so put a tea bag in the hot water...so it will look like a real tooth.

This product wors fine. It might take a few tries at it but, whem I got it, you can't even yell a difference between my old teeth and the fake one. I wouldn't use it for a front tooth. This will hold on even if there's a little piece of tooth just smash the plastic in back of our other good teeth.

Looking at other reviews people obviously are thinking you can just stick these over a broken tooth. THAT IS NOT THE CASE! These are replacement caps, they only fit teeth that have been ground for a cap. These are meant as temporary replacements for lost caps.
These work great to keep your tooth/mouth protected until you can see a dentist for a replacement.
These are awesome - fast and do quite well for a month or so, but a professional cap will be made to fit your mouth perfectly.

I don't understand these at all. I had a molar crack and I just needed a cap to cover the sharp part until I can get it fixed. These teeth do not soften to form to a tooth, they are very thick so they will not fit between your teeth to snap it on. They are very small so they won't fit most adults. I just don't understand at all how these are even usable. What was I thinking? This is just ridiculous. I don't understand why Amazon even allows them to sell these things. My kids use them to play Jax with instead of the metal star things that bring you to your knees if you step on them.
