About the authors
Hi, I'm Kim Rossi! You know me as Kim Stagliano. I've added a chapter or two or more to my memoir in that Mark and I were divorced recently. But don't worry about me - or my girls - we're doing well and finding our way forward! My life has always been about walking near but never on the typical path. I'm still Mom, writer and tired! I have three gorgeous girls - who have autism. Kind of impossible, considering autism affects boys 4:1 over girls. I have learned that impossible is often inescapable though.
I'm available for both in-person and Skype bookclub appearances and would love to learn about YOUR story. Details on how to contact me at KimRossi1111@gmail.com.
My novel House of Cards is a fast paced, funny mystery infused with the vagaries of suddenly caring for two kids with autism. It's Romantic Suspense. Sort of like my life!
I've also co-written 101 Tips for Parents of Girls with Autism. This little gem has lots of ideas that might help you.
My Memoir All I Can Handle I'm No Mother Teresa is humorous look at a life that has been anything but ordinary or easy - and yet is full of laughter, joy and love. I promise, you won't need a Prozac to read it. :)
I'm Managing Editor of www.ageofautism.com, the nation's first daily web newspaper about the autism epidemic. I own and run the 501 3C non-profit AutismAge, which publishing Aofa. I used write for The Huffington Post until they went all weird on autismI speak at national autism conferences, and have appeared on Good Morning America (with the kids!), ABC News, Fox News, in The Chicago Tribune, The National Catholic Register, and on blogs around the world. You can contact my speaking agent Jamie Brickhouse at jamiebrickhouse@redbrickagency.com to inquire about having me speak at your event, fund raiser or birthday party. (Kidding, I'll eat all the cake.)
Ciao! KIM
I live in CT with Mia, Gianna and Bella.

I also have her first book, All I Can Handle, the book that first introduced me to her journey with autism. If you get this book, too, it will be a great read as she shares her personal journey raising her three daughters. She has a great attitude and a tireless personal commitment to make the best of her experience including moments of laughter and great wit. She has a gift for writing in a way that is easy to understand and I immediately felt a personal connection to her. Pick up this book if you can!

their families. There's very little personal insight.
Worse, the book talks about autism like it's a disease that needs to cured or prevented. While it does contain some useful references, such as the legal rights of individuals and their families the Autism Speaks tone and general doom and gloom of the narrative makes this a good book to avoid.
