"9/11 Unmasked" Calls For an Immediate Grand Jury Investigation

On the evening of September 11, 2001, I saw seasoned investigative journalist, Dan Rather, replay the collapse of the Salomon Brothers Building ( aka WTC-7). During the video replay, Rather made an astonishing report suggesting the collapse of the Twin Towers and WTC-7 was achieved by deliberate demolition:

"For the third time today, it's reminiscent of those pictures we've all seen too much on television before, where a building was deliberately destroyed by well placed dynamite to knock it down."

Two key conclusions from page 227 of this book confirms Dan Rather's observations are correct:

1) "The Twin Towers could not have been brought down by the airplane impacts and the resulting fires; there had to be materials producing very powerful explosions"

2) WTC-7 could not have been brought down by office fires caused by inflammatory material from one of the Twin Towers."

This is only one example of conclusive evidence to demonstrate the official story cannot possibly be true.

I also support the "Lawyer's Committee For 9/11 Inquiry" who filed a Grand Jury Petition with the U.S. Attorney in Manhattan, NY on April 10, 2018.

9/11 - Unanswered Mysteries

If the significance of events can be judged by the magnitude of their consequences, then few events in the 21st century rival those that occurred on 9/11/2001. The collapse of the Twin Towers and 7 World Trade Center (7 WTC) led directly to the U.S. Global War on Terror, the Iraq War (2003-2011) and the U.S. War in Afghanistan (2001-ongoing). Besides the wars, the domestic U.S. consequences were also significant: the creation of the Department of Homeland Security; passage of the USA Patriot Act; extraordinary renditions, waterboarding and other forms of torture by U.S. government agencies, including the scandal of Abu Ghraib; the transformation of Guantanamo Bay into a concentration camp; surveillance of U.S. citizens by the U.S. government; creation of the Transportation Security Agency (TSA) to screen airline passengers.

Given such significance, one would expect our government to exhaustively investigate every detail of the source events. Instead, as "9/11 Unasked" points out, we got what were largely political responses from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The "2004 9/11 Commission Report" included no new investigation beyond FEMA and NIST. "9/11 Unmasked" hopes to elicit an actual investigation by highlighting evidence that refutes the official position about 9/11. To do this it created an international body of independent researchers from many different fields. Then it applied a “best-evidence consensus model” to evaluate the official claims about 9/11. Each chapter of 9/11 Unmasked examines official claims (as made by FEMA, NIST or the 9/11 Commission) and responds to each claim with contradicting evidence. The claims fall into nine categories:

• The destruction of the Twin Towers
• The destruction of WTC 7
• The attack on the Pentagon
• The 9/11 flights
• US Military exercises on and before 9/11
• Claims about military and political leaders
• Osama bin Laden and the hijackers
• Phone calls from the 9/11 flights
• Insider trading

No one can read this book and doubt that many issues surrounding 9/11 remain mysteries and that no scientifically credible “official” investigation explains these mysteries. The book demonstrates that the official responses to 9/11 have many weaknesses and inconsistencies, some obvious. Meanwhile, the “unofficial” response by the mainstream media, and perhaps most people, has been that such criticism is conspiracy theory mongering rooted in delusion or bad faith, presumably because our government can be trusted, at least with respect to US citizens. This is naïve after the revelations of the last few decades. I would like to believe that anyone who reads this book would agree that better answers are still needed. This is an important book that everyone should read.

Important results of a rigorous review methodology

Peer review of any kind has been generally avoided by proponents of the official conspiracy narrative. None of the official government reports were peer reviewed, and an analysis of what few peer-reviewed technical papers that exist in the literature (only 84 in the first decade focused on WTC destruction) reveals that most conclude with controlled demolition as the favored hypothesis instead of fire-induced progressive collapse (Eastman and Cole, Journal of 9/11 Studies, 2013). Importantly, here with the International Review Panel Investigation, an enhanced method of peer-review, a standardized best-evidence consensus model, commonly used in science and medicine, is systematically applied to various propositions concerning the crimes of September 11, 2001. Fifty-one conclusions were obtained by the panel and these are organized into nine categories for clarity of exposition. This work is important because it applies an enhanced peer review methodology that yields many conclusions clearly negating many aspects of the official narrative.

The most important intellectual inquiry of this century.

This book compiles the work of several years, distilling thousands of pages of documents through the extraordinary intellectual and organizational spirit and skills of its authors. This work also included a large panel of journalists, scholars, scientists, and some notable and high profile public figures with enormous courage, together sifting dozens and dozens of exacting points of evidence entirely neglected by the mainstream media, much less courts of law. Speaking as one of the panelists included in this process, I can say that it is the most important work I will ever be involved with. If ever there was a 12 Step program for a society needing desperately to sober up from its morbid dependence on misinformation, that program would have to include this book as a central pillar of guidance and wisdom.

Solid Factual Account!

9/11 Unmasked by David Ray Griffin and Elizabeth Woodworth is a solid factual review of the veracity of the US Government’s 9/11 Commission report. Griffin and Woodworth expose the many errors and omissions of the official story leaving no doubt that a cover-up of massive proportions was likely undertaken after 9/11/2001. This is a highly recommended source for those questioning what is happening to America today.
