Le Juvo Silicone molds are great for a variety of uses. Whether it be for chocolates, crayons, candles, hard candy, fondant, Jell-O, frozen yogurt treats, ice cubes with fruit juice, cake decorations, party favors for birthdays and baby showers, and so much more! Benefits of Silicone Bakeware - No greasing or oiling of pans required. Pans heat quickly and bake evenly with no burnt or dark edges or bottom. Removal from pans is super easy - a slight twist or gently pulling on the sides and roll out your baking. They're freezer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven safe. Bake, store, freeze and reheat right in the pans. No rusting or staining. No need to alter your batter or temperature - bake as usual. Cleanup is a breeze. Lightweight and perfect for a camper or RV. Storing is easy - although they do not easily nest, no special attention is required and they retain their shape. Notable Tips for Successful Baking. Pans are hot to touch while in the oven but cool down quickly; use hot pads to remove them. Using a cookie sheet underneath will provide stability even for smaller pans. Always use a metal baker's sheet or specially designed sled or rack underneath wider or larger silicone pans. Wash pans thoroughly before first use. Do not use knives or sharp objects - they could damage your pans. Never use on an open flame or on stovetop burners.

I do have traditional shaped silicone cupcake holders and these are not as sturdy. The flimsy nature of these is both an advantage and a disadvantage for bath products, I will get to that in a moment. For those using these for baking, I will say that they will fill nicely with a thin batter and really show the shape and texture, it will also be easier to pop them out as these fold down easily, however o would use extreme caution to avoid spillage...have them in place on your baking sheet and ready to go, I would not try to move them filled.
Now for any bath fizz, soap, body butter use:
Fizz-while it is tough to get this mixture into the mold perfectly and file the ridges, it works great with practice. My favorite aspect is how easily you fold down the sides and don't have to worry about crumbling or breakage. You can't get these mixtures too wet or they will fizz before they're ready, but get it as damp as possible to fill the edges. I press into the sides spritz a little water and fill in the rest. Filling takes more work, but it's worth it to not have product that you spent hours making just crumble because you have a tough mold.
Soap/Candles-Depending on what method you are using, your material may be hot liquid...as with baking, use extreme caution. Even without hot liquid, if it is very runny, you need it to be stable. If you are using melt & pour style cubes or beads, it's a piece of cake. Put your material in and place in the oven. Adding color and essential oil will be more of an issue as it won't be uniform throughout the finished product.
Body butters...while you melt and pour these, I think these moods are ideal. The melted butters are much thicker and generally take a bit of manipulating. Still proceed with caution as you would any liquid, but in my experience my liquid is much more thick and borderline firm when I work with it.
A lot of info, I know, but shopping only for DIY tools is so hot or miss. I really hope this helps get a better idea of the suitability for your use.
As mentioned, the flimsy nature helps with removal and perfect shape, ideally someone would make a frame to keep these standing.
