I've never had a problem cutting it with the a home because the settings are built into the software. It weeds easily and transfers well.
Plus, the price is right. With free shipping,
I've found that Silhouette brand is the cheapest for the largest quantity...and j don't even have to go to the craft store for it.
It's smoother now
It lifts with the right blade settings
The blade settings are extremely off now for the material (I had to adjust the thickness to 8 to get a nice cut whereas it was a 2 for the old one)
The new transfer tape has no stick, which makes it easier to weeve but also makes it tear more for small areas and lift in places you don't want
The ironing time seems to be longer than the old material
Overall, after a whole roll wasted, I figured out what to do but am not happy that they did not update with the new information.
I did find that ironing directly on the plastic for shorter time did better than over fabric/towel for longer time. It was also easier to see what areas were ready and which areas needed to be gone over again.
