This wire I received was 100 feet of flexible fine stranded pure copper AWG 12 wire with red and black insulation wrapped with a white sheath imprinted with the UL CL2 certification. The package included a foil copy proof certificate of authenticity from the manufacturer and was exactly as pictured in the ad. What's not to like? I loved the price, which was lower than a less desirable product with the same gauge from local hardware superstores.

Plain and simple, when it comes to wire, no matter what configuration, I buy Mediabridge. Over the years I've purchased 3.5mm, USB, HDMI and now this product. This speaker wire made an immediate improvement. I used Kester 44 Rosin Core 63/37 0.031 solder (1 pound spool) to tin the ends. Sharper image across the entire frequency spectrum that my ears can interpret.

This is some well built wire! I have a reasonably high end Klispch system at home. The last thing I was going to do what skimp on the wires I used to hook it up. Plus, I needed something for in wall use. I found this after reading tons of reviews. Upon getting it, it's absolutely no joke. It's incredibly well constructed and will give you complete peace of mind knowing that your system and speakers are setup with exceptional wire. I don't suggest going overboard with 100 dollars worth of speaker wire. This speaker wire rivals and surpasses any other wires I've bought. Very pleased.

Another Flawless Product from MediaBridge. Replaced some CL3 rated cable on a new HT demo install. Decided to give MB a shoot since I've used their other products with phenomenal results. Cable is thick, well made and unrolls smoothly. The white covering is clearly marked and gives off a very professional look. Cuts well and comes in several gauges for consumer preference. Sound is crystal clear.

It's great wire at this price just don't expect the best. The casing sticks on corners and tears easily when snaking it. Be careful take your time and it should last for years.

Perfect gauge for almost any home theater setup (14 AWG). Works perfectly with banana connectors.
The only fault I found with this wire is that the sheathing tends to be a little loose... when tacking down with rounded staples, you MIGHT hit a wire inside as the sheathing tends to flatten and spread. A tighter sheathing would have made this wire 5 stars.

Not only was this some of the best protected speaker wire I've ever used (based on the external sheathing for the conductors) but it manipulated easily for my indoor application. The cable quickly and easily straightened, decreasing installation time for the longer runs to my rear surround speakers. The product itself as well as the price/value ratio is better than nearly all the competition. Highly recommended!

Well made with durable white sheath for pulling through walls and studs. Two downsides: (1) the strands of copper wire are heavy ---- so, if using (threading through) with banana plugs you may have some difficulty in getting the two sections of a banana plug tightened; (2) if you use standard wire strippers to strip the insulation off of the ends of the red and black wires you will find that the plastic doesn't let go easily --- to avoid damaging the copper wire I suggest that after piercing the insulation with the matching gauge on the stripper, change to the next larger gauge on the stripper for pulling the plastic insulation off of the wire (e.g. the wire I purchased is 12 gauge, so after cutting the wire on the 12-gauge stripper notch, I changed to the 10-guage stripper notch for removing the plastic insulation).
