Three "must read" books on my recommendation list come from John Maxwell. The other two are Thinking for a Change and Failing Forward. If you have to pick just one of the three to read, go with this book as it offers many of the key concepts (how we look at and respond to failure and the importance of purposeful thinking each day) covered in the other two.
This book is worth it's weight in gold if you are serious about personal growth...... BJ
Put just a few of these principles into your daily routine and you will automatically see growth.
