Easy to use and thermostatically controlled
Temperature can be set to between 265℉- 375℉ to cook ingredients to the perfect crisp.

Recommendation timer for different fried food:
Shrimp: 265℉ in 2-4mins
Fish: 300℉ in 3-5mins
Chicken wings: 340℉ in 4-5mins
Chicken drumsticks: 340℉ in 5-6mins
French fries: 375℉ in 6-7mins

Equipped with two handy indicator lights. One to let you know when the fryer is powered on and another to let you know it’s heating up.

Notes:
Do not use margarine, olive oil or butter. Its not fit for frying, because they start to smoke already at low temperatures.
Do not touch stainless steel surface during frying. Use the cool touch handle if you need to remove it.

I liked very much in the window that has in the upper part that allows the cooking of the food without risk of burning, the very fast help and the simplicity of the mechanical timer and the temperature controller is easy to understand.
