HOWEVER, JUST REMEMBER THESE FOUR SIGNIFICANT CONSIDERATION FOR USING THIS CARD:
1. It requires power. I had to salvage an old floppy drive power connector from an old unit and integrate it into the wiring harness on my PC.
2. You may have potential clearance issues with the card once the aforementioned floppy drive power cable is attached. On my particular motherboard, the floppy drive power connector's wires had to be doubled back onto the power connector and zip tied down tight in order to keep it from rubbing the cpu heatsink. See accompanying picture.
3. The pins that solder the power pins to the card are too long. The soldered pins protrude so much out of the bottom of the card that you'll likely find it very hard to tighten the mounting screws down without cracking the card's pcb board and/or having the pins dig into your motherboard. I caught this problem and used wire cutters to trim the pins way down. Everything fit much better then. This issue is what solely detracted two stars from this review...
4. The set of cables that comes with this card are a little over 32 inches long. That's REALLY long and a lot of extra cable if you're putting these in a small desktop computer or Mini ITX build. I had to order a much shorter separate cable for my build..

What I ended up doing was to get a "USB 3.0 20-Pin Internal Header Ribbon Cable (Low Profile Connector)" from eBay. This ribbon cable was very flexible so it fit into the tight space very well. The other end was a 19-pin port just like the blue one that is on this Syba card. The combination of the two worked really well.
One last thing. It would be good if they would include mounting holes around the middle of the card on the sides - in addition to the mounting holes on the corners. That way it would have fit onto the mini PCIe mounting holes on my computer. Unfortunately, there are no screw holes in that location so I had to get creative again and strap it down with a piece of insulated wire.
In the end it is working, and works well. LOVE having USB 3.0 on this older AIO computer that previously only supported 2.0!!!
TL;DR - 4/5 because works well, but lacks mounting for smaller cards, and the 19-pin cable connects at 90 degrees and is not flexible to fit into tight spaces.
Frankly, I took a file, and filed them so the board would be able to be screwed into place without damaging the MB. Obviously this issue may not apply to you, but if you are using this in a tight space with a 'standard' height pcie mini header, be prepared to modify the part to prevent potentially disastrous damage!
