Product Description

Our Triple Driver In-Ears epitomize 1MORE’S mission: We’re not in this business to sell headphones. We’re in this business to deliver music. Our Triple Drivers represent every sonic detail the artist intended you to hear. In essence, they disappear so there’s nothing between you and your music.

From the Manufacturer

Music. Delivered.

The combination of 1MORE’s unrivaled design standards and Luca Bignardi’s heartfelt tuning delivers a profound audio experience. Listening to our Triple Drivers is like hearing your favorite music live and for the first time.

Three Drivers

Having three drivers is similar to having a high-end surround sound system in your ears. A dynamic driver is like a tiny woofer. Our armatures are like tiny tweeters. The bass is full, the mids are articulate, the highs are sparkling, and the soundstage is wide.

Cutting Edge Form

Our lightweight aluminum alloy earpieces are ergonomically designed with oblique angles that match your ear canals so you can enjoy your music in total comfort.

High-Resolution Audio

Hi-Res certified, our Triple Drivers have an extended frequency range of 40,000 Hz. The music industry is transitioning towards Hi-Res audio and our Triple Drivers are suited perfectly for this trend.

3-Button Remote

Accessible 3-button remote allows you to control your music and take calls on the go. Our noise isolating fit and crystal clear microphone makes conversations sound intimate even in loud environments.

LOVE. THESE. BUDS. Here's the thing. You ever go on a wine tasting? I did it once. I was surrounded by people swishing it around in their mouths saying things like, "Ooooo this has earthy tones of soil and aged manure really hitting the back pallete" or "I feel like the fruitiness is overbearing and I prefer a more subtle chocolatey almond that was allowed to breathe over a bed of charcoal dust for at least 972 hours." And I'm like, "It tastes good". Or. "This tastes like the inside of the septic tank on Satan's Winnebago." I feel the same way about "audiophiles" that I do "wine tasters" when it comes to headphone reviews. I'll probably even get crap for calling em "headphones". Someone's going to tell you your ears aren't "sophisticated" enough and that their ear canals were crafted from unicorn hair gently melted together with Ray Charles' cremated ashes. But I'll just tell you this: these are the best pair of $100 buds I've tried. Why? Because they sound awesome. Why else? Because I've tried other more "name brands" and spent twice this (or more) and the sound is equivalent, sometimes better. If Audiophile McEgotrip wants to tell you your opinion is invalid because you don't possess his/her "trained ear", might I suggest reaching into your pocket and pulling out a middle finger. "Quality" is defined by the ears that are listening, and if you love the quality, then there's nothing more to say. Enjoy the music. Try these 1More Triple Driver buds. I'll probably get a bunch of "not helpful" votes from all the Barry & Dick clones from the movie High Fidelity, and that's fine. But while they're all standing in line waiting to ride the High Horse, I'm over here eating a Creamsicle on a hammock with Miles Davis penetrating my soul through a pair of incredibly high quality earbuds that I didn't need to forego paying this month's rent to acquire. In Music We Trust. Cheers, folks. ;)

I'll be the first to admit that I never would have considered inexpensive headphones and earbuds to be any good, especially considering how good more expensive ones can be. Or so I thought. Granted, I could never afford anything costing several hundred dollars but I could sure dream, right? It turns out that in most cases, spending obscene amounts of money for headgear doesn't necessarily yield better results. And 1More, a maker of fantastic in-ears, is proof that a little money can go a very long way in creating a sound that would rival those costing ten times as much. Their new triple driver in-ear headphones makes a strong case for possibly the best bang-for-the-buck in-ears out there, especially considering the design. More on that later.

And a special thanks to the 1More Team who turned me on to these buds. I did a review for the EO323 in-ears not too long ago here and found them to be a great sounding pair with just a few minor glitches. In that review I made a tongue-in-cheek comment about how the EO323's could be improved by having an armature for the midrange and another one for the treble instead of a single unit. Unbeknownst to me, they had already created such a thing so I was quite excited to give these a try when I received a pair in the mail. Thanks again, team!

Instead of comparing the triple drivers to other brands, I'm going to focus on the attributes of this new design and will make some comparisons to the EO323's.

Appearance - The packaging for these IE's is first-rate. It's obvious that 1More wants this to be more than a great listening experience. It comes in a box that resembles a classic book. Once you open the box, you're greeted to what looks like handwritten schematics on its design elements.

I am not an audiophile. I have never been willing to spend really big bucks on sound equipment, tending to go with mid-range consumer products. I was even cheaper with IEMs, since I don't use them every day. Prior to buying these, I had a pair of wired Sony earbuds that cost around a half a hundred, and a pair of LG Tones Bluetooth earbuds that didn't sound as good as the Sony's. I mostly used the Sonys when traveling on planes, and the LGs for listening to podcasts while mowing. I've always wanted to try a really good set, but I just couldn't bring myself to pay hundreds to get them. I am heading off on a couple of trips soon, and decided to upgrade my Sonys.

I read a lot of reviews and was screwing up my resolve to pay a couple of hundred if necessary, when I came across these on an audiophile site. Then I searched for all reviews and almost all of them came out really complementary, especially talking about the midrange, which always seems to be the worst part of my previous pairs. This seemed really promising and so I bought them about a week ago, and I am sure glad I did. All of the existing reviews talk about the really nice packaging, the large number of earpiece options, the great look and finish, and I agree with all of those. I just want to add my impressions as the non-expert, who has been using inexpensive products, and who really wasn't sure he wanted to spend even this much (and definitely not several hundred).

After these arrived, I started with my Sonys and them switched back and forth with these during some of my favorite music. Putting these in is like taking cotton out of my ears. The difference is like night and day. The sound is clear and crisp, and I can really hear vocals stand out without either overwhelming bass or harsh high tones.
