Two inches is fantastic for battery packs (yeah for external batteries!) or if you want the product to lay flat (like charging from a computer and you don't need the extra tangles.) I wanted these so the devices would lay flat completely on their sides on the dock. The 4inches are the cords on the left, the cords on the right side are 1ft. Anker doesn't have a middle 6inches listed on Amazon. So for this dock, the 4inchers are too short and the 1fters are too long. On the bright side, until Anker considers the possibility, 4-pack 1fters are more affordable than the duo pack 4inchers.
Otherwise, they bend and are durable in the right places. I'm a loyal Anker customer and pretty much use Anker whenever possible.
There's not a lot more I can say by now except I found it a great idea to have a small length like this.
4 inches is actually perfect for some people like me who use protective cases for portable chargers.
With a size option this small the cables fit perfectly in the charging case and still leave plenty of room for more.
(Specifically I'm referring to cases made by "Hermit Shell" if anyone's curious).
A size this small is conveniently short yet also just long enough you can lay down your device next to your charger.
I bought these for use with my Anker pocket battery bank. The small spring that keep it in the phone port is already worn out a few weeks after my purchase. I have many other cords from anker and even the free ones are far superior. The cables have wierd manufacturing numbers and lettering I haven't seen on any other of ankers cables. I recommend any if their other cables! Not these!
