I'm extremely happy with this pillow. I ordered 2 of the standard size. There's a bit of a funky smell when you take the pillow out of the package, but it goes away after an hour. This pillow is firm, but not too stiff. It's very comfortable. I don't like thin, understuffed pillows. This pillow supports my neck and I feel relaxed when I wake up. I wish I would've ordered a couple more during Prime Day, now the price went back up.

I have tried over a dozen different kinds of pillows to help me sleep comfortably and this by far has been the best pillow. At first I wasn't sure about the cooler side of the pillow since I don't tend to like my pillow to be cold but I have to say there have been a warmer nights recently and I do find myself using the cooler side of the pillow and I love that it actually does stay cooler even after washing and drying this a few times it still has that cooler side of the pillow feel. I do prefer the softer side but I really love that I have the option for both. I really like how easy it is to pull off my pillow cover toss it in the wash and still have that inner pillow protected it has a really good zipper on the inside and I absolutely really really love that I can adjust the thickness of my pillow because it does come with extra love or memory foam that shredded which you can add to make it more firm or you can take it out to make it a little flatter and there are days where I feel like I want more firmness so I'll add a little extra of the memory foam some days I don't feel like I need as much so I can take out when I feel like I want to or need to and this pillow really just gives me the right amount of comfort softness support easy to wash I really couldn't ask for more. I have sleep apnea and I feel like in comparison to other pillows which are supposed to help you with neck pain or snoring Etc this one although I can't say it's done anything for my snoring I do feel like I sleep better and deeper and more comfortably with this pillow so I highly recommend it

First the good: I do love this pillow for the support and firmness. My friends who have slept on my spare one, really like it as well.

However, I purchased what I thought was the 20x30 Queen Size and these are NOT a Queen sized pillow. Packaging stated 20x30, but it measures at around 16x27 when expanded to its full size. I ended up measuring a true 20x30 pillowcase today that I ordered for these pillows and there was so much room in the case that I couldn't use the fold over insert feature that the case has.

Due to the inaccurate website description that appears many others are expressing the same issue, I had to reduce my rating on these as the issue does not seem to have been rectified. Great pillow, but very misleading and hoping others will read the reviews first before making a purchase for the Queen size.

After trying many pillows except for the really expensive ones, I have to agree with many who write these reviews that there is really no perfect pillow. It is indeed very subjective as one pillow may be perfect for one, but not for another. However, I have to say that this one checks almost all the boxes for me. It sleeps really cool, is quality made, but I just need a little more support as a side sleeper and need to add a little more filling. Other adjustable pillows I ordered came with extra filling however not this one. I think a medium solid memory foam in the middle and shredded memory foam on each side would probably do the trick for me. But this is so far the best pillow out of the many I have tried. One mistake I did make is to put both pillows in the dryer at the same time. One pillow got stuck in one position lodged against the tub and the outer cover melted on one side! I contacted Qutool, explained my mistake, and surprisingly, they said they would send me a new pillow cover! Was not expecting that and appreciated their great customer care and service!
There are many adjustable pillows on Amazon, however, without spending an arm and a leg, I think these pillows are worth trying and may be perfect for others if you are a side sleeper like me.

Not these puppies; they have the same size, shape, firmness, and softness after months of use as they did when I liberated them from their packaging. Knock off one star bc they are a little bit lumpy compared to feather but I prefer the bounce back on these.
