Reading his book, sparked a change to where I know with the right food, tools and mindset, I can turn back the clock.
I've made some changes. My health and skin are showing signs of youthful renewal and vitality, following the some of the information in the book. Bob Greene is right, the human body is capable of youthful renewal and vitality.
I'm still working on exercise and just now starting "eating" ... it's not much different than what he introduced to me in THE BEST LIFE DIET.
