Powerful Performance in a Tiny Package
The Skil 2354-02 iXO 4-volt palm-sized screwdriver is a handy tool to have around, whether you're a homeowner or a college student. Designed to fit in the palm of your hand, this lightweight tool delivers up to 4 volts of power and has a run time that's 20 percent longer than that of Skil's previous model (the 2346-05).
The screwdriver's relatively low speed of 200 RPM results in higher torque and more efficient driving. The low speed also provides more control to prevent screws from being stripped and work surfaces from being damaged. The tool's magnetic bit holder accepts any 1/4-inch hex bit.
Convenient Controls and Indicator Lights
Located above the trigger is a forward/reverse lever and trigger lock, which allows you to change the rotation of your bit or, when you're finished, to lock the trigger and prevent accidental starts or discharge. Forward and reserve LED indicators on top of the tool show your drilling direction. The tool's rubberized handle offers a secure, comfortable grip.
Unique Attachment System
The SKIL iXO is ideal for tight spaces, especially because the included right angle attachment solves the problem of reaching awkward angles and other hard-to-reach spaces. Its innovative design clicks into place at the perfect angle and is easy to attach and remove from the iXO unit.
Bright LED for Better Visibility
For greater visibility when you're working, the Skil 2354-02 iXO 4-volt palm-sized screwdriver has a built-in LED SiteLight that turns on automatically when you squeeze the trigger. The SiteLight is designed to be maintenance-free and last the life of the tool.
Automatic Locking System
The Skil 2354-02 iXO 4-volt palm-sized screwdriver comes equipped with an AutoLock automatic locking system, which locks the bit holder in one position when the trigger switch is released. This in turn allows you to tighten or loosen a nut or screw by rotating the tool by hand with the switch off--a convenient feature when higher turning torque is needed.
The Skil 2354-02 iXO 4-volt palm-sized screwdriver features a lithium-ion power battery that holds a charge for up to 18 months. The tool weighs 11 ounces.

When I moved into a new house, and I used it to replace every door hardware and a lot more, it was a godsend.
It's not a drill or an impact driver, and not powerful enough to put screws into a lumber. But, you don't try to put screws into a lumber with your hand driver, do you? It's perfect with drilled holes or assembling small things.
One thing I don't like about it is, the direction switch is located in a way you can too easily change direction or put it to neutral without meaning to do. I know it's designed so for one-hand transition, but probably a little more tension for the switching operation might work better. Minus a star.
Other than that, I liked it. However, sadly, it didn't last long. It stopped working in 6 months. Considering the light turns on, it must be the problem with the motor circuit. I will try to contact SKIL since it's come with 1 year warranty. Minus a star.
Overall, it is a decent driver. I highly recommend it for the little house jobs.
90 deg. chuck. The only shortcoming is the directional switch can easily be bumped to the other direction.
Overall, happy with this product.
The battery on these are amazing. I use them all the time and with having three of them I only charge them about every 3 to 4 weeks. They are very comfortable to use also. Probably the only drawback is that the forward and reverse is easy to hit but really that is just getting used to a new tool and I haven't done it for a while now.
It has a handy light that comes on when you half depress the trigger so you can line up the screw head and the right angle attachment works well and is easy to snap on and off. It's small and can fit into all the tight places I need to get into. It also comes with a few different screw driver heads though I already have a socketed set so I didn't use them and can't tell you if they are any good.
The biggest Con IMO is that its not variable speed. You hit the trigger and its all or nothing. It's not too bad though because its relatively low rpm. Also as others have mentioned, its really easy to accidentally hit the switch to reverse the direction. This usually happens right as you go to use it so it's a good way to strip a screw head that you are trying to loosen but you end up tightening.
Overall though given the price these are both forgivable issues and I'd recommend.
Exactly what I was looking for. Can't believe I went so long without one. I use it mostly for automotive applications. I wrap cars and need to take a lot of parts off of them. When you start unscrewing all the diffuser bolts of a Ferrari, or all of the bolts holding in the assorted grills of a Lamborghini, you realize you need something like this after cranking out bolts by hand for 20 minutes or so.
