This Bike was purchased as a gift to my son back in July and is still not drivable (I saved up for a long time to purchase him this gift). Company representative did not offer a compensation for hiring a mechanic. It would've been cheaper to buy a used bike off of hands than "brand new" damaged one.
This company does not care about their customers, their reputation and does not offer a proper compensation for something that is their fault. Instead, they offered me a DOT approved Helmet as a gift if I remove my negative review.
P.S. Still no update on when I will be getting other parts delivered. Please, do not support this company, save your money, nerves, and time

This bike was delivered in a damaged condition. At first i was told that the needed parts will be replaced, during the next 2,5 months I was told that the company was still trying to contact the manufacturer, that parts were on back order, then stopped answering my text messages and calls. As soon as I filed a claim with Amazon, I was (by a miracle) called again and company's representative said it was me, in fact that was not reachable. I was told, after almost 3 months at that point that I will get new parts in the mail. What I needed: new gas tank, grips, plastics and decals, what I got was: a tank, foam grips that look like those are for kids toy/scooter and no stickers (company representative assured that he will contact manufacturer to see if he can order those). At the end, I will still have to hire a mechanic to replace a broken tank (and that's not cheap) and I don't have all of the promised parts STILL, after 3 months of purchase!!!By Anya on October 10, 2022

Perfect for zipping down the road or running off-road trails. Definitely worth the money. Buy a BIKE STAND with it otherwise it's really difficult to get the front wheel on. Super fun and super fast.
