Got a usb tester because I was suspicious of the 28,600 mAh claim. I charged it from dead to 100 and drained it from 100 to 0. Lo and behold it doesn’t even reach 16k mAh. Only reason it’s not 1 star is because 15,000 mAh with all the features this comes with isn’t too bad for $30, still false advertising and shady business practice though.
Edit:Let the battery drain until the display wouldn’t pop up anymore and then charged it to 100% and got 17,293 mAh. I added a picture so you can see for yourself.

How to Recharge and Maintain this item ?
- When you get the item,it is better to recharge it to 100% before the first use.
- Please use a 5V 2.1A wall charger to recharge this item,it will take around 12 hours to get a full charge. Do NOT use a 5V 1.0A wall charger to recharge it or the wall charger will become hot easily and it will take much longer time to get a full charge.
- Connect the White USB Micro Cord comes with the item to the input port between the 2 outlets,connect the other side of the cord to the wall charger, then you can start to recharge it.
REMARK:
This item does NOT come with a Wall charger or cord for phone,the ONLY cord comes with the item is USB Micro Cord for recharging the item,to recharge this item, a 5V 2.1A wall charger is required.Do NOT use a wall charger which is 5V 1.0A output,please.
