I'm glad I did, because this book really is different than most others that teach us how to create our own positive changes. Because it is SHORT and to the point. She doesn't beat around the bush or try to "prove" anything. She gives affirmations in each section, and helpful suggestions about how to apply the principles.
The affirmations alone are worth the price of the book.
I appreciate concise writing because I can read it quickly and understand the point. It makes me feel good when I finish reading a book that helps me improve my outlook on life, and when the book is short and to the point, I get that feeling more easily.
I love this book and highly recommend it.
It only takes a few minutes each morning to read and reflect on each daily message. Each starts with an intention beginning with "Today I ..." which I love to read out loud. (example: Today I intend to engage in more positive attitudes. I release old worries and fears.) After each message, there are suggested activities for using the idea in your daily life. At the end, there are affirmations which I also read out loud.
This is not so much a book to be read as it is a book to be used. I am reading it for the third time, and it has become part of my morning routine. What a great way to start each day with a positive outlook.

I am still learning to apply these principles in my life, and it's an ongoing process. The most important thing I've learned from this book is that your happiness is determined by how much you enjoy your present moments, and how much you enjoy your present moments is determined by your attitude, your thoughts, and your habitual way of looking at things. If you learn to control those things (and you can) you will be much happier! It really works, but it does require some practice and discipline.
